Job Qualification Requirements:
Knowledge in multi craft skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting. Knowledge of materials and supplies needed for the repair and maintenance work. Knowledge on the methods needed to perform the task. Knowledge of the usage of tools and tools needed. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs and to lift/carry, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs at a time. A minimum of 12 months experience is required. Require a high school diploma or equivalent.

This job opportunity is a temporary, full time position commencing on Aug. 2, 2024 to Aug. 1, 2025. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR655.423(f) where in three-fourths is defined as an offer to workers full time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12 week period. Perform a variety of multi skilled work including building repair and maintenance and machine/equipment repair and maintenance. Inspect and identifies machines or equipment in need of repair. Troubleshoot the problem to determine the necessary repairs. Plan repair works using blueprints, or equipment/machine manual as needed. Perform general repair, works may include repairing drywall and painting, repair or replace ceiling and roof, replace and install window and door including hardware, install blinds and shades, repair plumbing system and piping including to repair leaking faucets, lavatory and sink. May also maintain AC units. Perform routine maintenance on building system. Clean and assist with the upkeep of the facilities. To order supplies and materials needed for repair and maintenance. Perform other related duties as assigned.
